This is a great opportunity to join us as a TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST!
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, being a strategic advisor for them;
- Ensure the end-to-end recruitment and selection projects, assisting hiring managers to set and manage the expectations throughout the hiring process;
- Working with hiring managers to identify requirements and build candidates' profile;
- Developing and implementing various recruitment strategies using different techniques of sourcing and interviewing;
- Ensure a meaningful and efficient candidate experience; fostering long-term relationships with the candidates;
- Engaging in the employer branding projects;
- Maintaining the relationship with vendors for the recruitment and employer branding projects;
- Participation at job fairs and recruitment events.
- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Psychology, Human Resources related fields;
- Master Degree would be a plus;
- Working experience of at least 2 years in recruitment banking area.
Requirements & skills:
- Very good command of English;
- Very good analytical skills, organized and able to perform under pressure;
- Very good PC skills;
- Proactive and innovative, sales & goal oriented;
- Communicative and with negotiation skills, client dedicated;
- Trustful and loyal, enjoying working in teams, high ethical standards.
