We are looking for an experienced recruiter who shall be able to organize interviews for the whole positions of the companies. The scope of the interviews is to identify the most talented candidates and to present them to the owner.
- recruiting experience in different range of positions
- experience using specific tests and questionnaires according with job requests
- out of the box thinking
- experience using online specific recruiting tools (is a must)
- experience in marketing online and HR oriented add campaigns
- experience in using social media tools and PR
The objective of this position is to be able to gather around 50 candidates monthly and enroll them to take specific testes held at the company headquarter for different positions.
