Chosen candidate will be responsible for providing successful solutions to employee and industrial relations issues based on employment law expertise

Education and experience:

•University Degree in HR or Labour Law (preferable)

•Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, in particular in all aspects of employee and industrial relations in Romania and in recruitment;

•Very good knowledge of local Labour Law.


•Manage recruitment enquiries and campaigns. Find, select and match candidates to roles to meet the business resource plan needs;

•Provide successful solutions by applying functional knowledge, experience and judgement to achieve solutions, which support optimal business performance;

•Analyze trends in employment issues handled through HR Services, and identify areas for potential process/policy/tool improvement, driving process improvement initiatives as appropriate;

•Manage candidate throughout the recruitment process (screen applications, interviews, and reference checks);
