Join our innovative team at Lyte AI, where we develop cutting-edge perception systems for robotics and automation. As a System Validation & Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading validation processes for sensors and robotics systems from early prototypes to production.
• Testing hardware components such as cameras, LiDARs, IMUs, and actuators.
• Defining and managing quality control processes for incoming and outgoing products.
• Creating and executing test plans and validation protocols aligned with product goals.
• Analyzing test data to track performance and identify trends.
• Collaborating with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Designing and deploying test fixtures and automation systems.
• Documenting and communicating validation results and recommendations.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, over 5 years of experience in hardware validation, and strong analytical skills. Experience with sensor validation, automated test systems, and scripting languages is preferred.
