We are looking for a passionate individual to lead and enhance our quality processes, aligning with ASPICE standards.<ul><li>Lead and coordinate system and software quality activities in automotive projects, adhering to ASPICE guidelines.</li><li>Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of ASPICE and company quality processes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with ASPICE requirements in system design, software architecture, and verification activities.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.</li><li>Develop and enforce standards and best practices for automotive software and system development.</li><li>Guide teams in creating and maintaining process documentation and ASPICE evidence for audits.</li><li>Coordinate ASPICE assessments and audits, driving corrective actions and improvements.</li><li>Mentor team members on ASPICE compliance and best practices in system software engineering.</li><li>Stay updated on trends in automotive software development and cybersecurity standards.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Over 3 years of experience in managing quality activities in automotive software and system development.</li><li>Expertise in ASPICE process models and assessments.</li><li>Familiarity with ISand MISRA-C standards is advantageous.</li><li>Experience with tools like Polarion, Jira, Git, and SVN.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams.</li><li>Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>ASPICE assessor certification is a plus.</li><li>Willingness to travel to Germany once a month.</li><li>Fluency in English is essential.</li></ul>We offer a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a vibrant and innovative environment.
