Join our dynamic team as a System Quality and Software Quality Assurance Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellence in automotive software development. We are looking for a passionate individual to lead and enhance our quality processes, aligning with ASPICE standards.

• Lead and coordinate system and software quality activities in automotive projects, adhering to ASPICE guidelines.
• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of ASPICE and company quality processes.
• Ensure compliance with ASPICE requirements in system design, software architecture, and verification activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Develop and enforce standards and best practices for automotive software and system development.
• Guide teams in creating and maintaining process documentation and ASPICE evidence for audits.
• Coordinate ASPICE assessments and audits, driving corrective actions and improvements.
• Mentor team members on ASPICE compliance and best practices in system software engineering.
• Stay updated on trends in automotive software development and cybersecurity standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in managing quality activities in automotive software and system development.
• Expertise in ASPICE process models and assessments.
• Familiarity with ISand MISRA-C standards is advantageous.
• Experience with tools like Polarion, Jira, Git, and SVN.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• ASPICE assessor certification is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to Germany once a month.
• Fluency in English is essential.
