Your day to day :

Provide, build and configure technology IT infrastructure services for various customers. To optimize the global Vodafone Infrastructure build environment and deliver requested deliverables of high quality within given OLA times. Execute infrastructure build activities for European Vodafone markets and group functions

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business :

• Operating the automation of infrastructure services to ensure a simple and competitive way to build Infrastructure assets
• Build and deliver complex Infrastructure environments according to requirements
• Identify & Discuss points of improvement
• Provide clarifications on available products/solutions, build standards and status of running projects
• Discuss Build requirements with other GDC Teams and propose solutions for overall delivery based on new services, products, environments available
• Support and control task execution of ext./int. support functions

With these skills you are a great candidate:

• Strong knowledge with Linux/Unix Server (administration, health checks, installation & configuration): VMware ESXi, vCenter, vRealize
• Strong knowledge of virtualization
• Good knowledge of networking concepts: routing, switching, security, load balancing
• Good scripting skills (. BASH, Python, etc)
• Flexible, proactive and independent in gathering knowledge
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Romanian
