Contract type: fixed term contract (2 years), contractor role

Role and responsibilities:

Ensure continuity of TLC services

Providing expertise in technical aspects of the projects

Analysis of any type of traffic and support the design for new features, required by Business

Provides implementation of TLC services for large and complex sites, including validation and acceptance of solutions

Work with all ICT departments, including system engineers,

Level 1 support personnel to resolve issues from tickets

Assure the quality of services during changes in TLC solutions

Knowledge transfer both oral and written, training of technical team members and other stakeholders

Responsible for service continuity, monitor and respond to incidents, outages and events

Propose solutions and means to improve the activity

Managing networking and VoIP architectures, including design and deployment, expertise with routers, switches, Cisco Unified Call Manager and Oracle SBC

Monitoring performance and ensure systems availability and reliability of all components in the solution.

Professional and technical competences:

It would be considered an advantage:

- Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP Routing and Switching, CCNP Voice)

- Oracle SBC certifications / courses

- English - advanced level; Italian / Spanish - could be considered a plus

Fully understands the customer's needs and priorities and maintains a strong crossfunctional network.

Strong in actively collaborating with others across organizational boundaries or regional borders in pursuit of common goals.

Experience with knowledge transfer to other engineers

Ability to achieve goals working independently, with limited supervision

Capacity of management for crisis situation, planning, prioritization and organizing skills

Analytical and synthesis skills

University degree in Electronics and Telecommunications, Automatics, Computer Science or equivalent

Experience with tools for traffic capture and analysis

Experience with monitoring systems

Minimum 3 years experience with networking and voice technologies, involving customer relationship.
