Position description 

Based in Romania at our office in Bucharest or Brasov, reporting to the Head of Business IT, we require a System Administrator to work within the existing team to provide support for our employees within the following areas:

  • Microsoft Office365
  • Microsoft Intune
  • Client computers
  • Infrastructure
  • Mobile telephony


Main Responsibilities 

Knowledge of the following is required

  • Microsoft Office 365 Admin
  • Microsoft Intune
  • Company network, including Wi-Fi configuration
  • Make sure all client machines are updated and working as required
  • Ensure virus/malware protection is updated and correctly configured
  • Onboarding / offboarding of new users according to procedure
  • Deployment and maintenance of infrastructure
  • Secure local IT & network equipment
  • IT ticketing system
  • Purchase of local devices
  • Handle proper disposal of IT assets according to the current IT Policy
  • Adapt to changing requirements and needs of the company

Required professional qualifications

Knowledge of ITIL or certification would be advantageous but not essential. No other qualifications needed.

Preferred experience 

  • Good knowledge about IT & infrastructure
  • Solution-oriented – ability to focus on what’s important for the business
  • We employ Office365 for our communication and collaboration – previous experience is a must
  • We move fast - ability to adapt to new situations and work under pressure

Required personality traits and skill set

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Able to work both in team environments and independently
  • Strong English skills (spoken and written)
