With an international B2B environment you will be performing a variety of tasks:
Customer service and support:
Answering questions and solving problems for customers that are using the Amano systems.
Supporting international distributors and customers with technical issues
Increasing customer satisfaction by clear communication and hands-on support / assistance.
Responding to customer’s questions of both national and international markets
Gaining insights in complex customer problems and provide, test, and implement a solution.
Setting up and configuring systems in the Amano Cloud Solutions and local Amano installations
Supporting international and local implementation teams during startup of customer
Gathering feedback from customers and report to help improve the products.
Independent, motivated, multi-tasker and eager to learn.
Problem solver with strong analytical skills
Hands-on mentality and customer oriented
Languages: profound knowledge of English
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn quickly new software.
Understanding, web services and cloud solutions
Knowledge of Microsoft IIS, SQL and TCP/IP networks
CISCO training – nice to have
Previous experience with HW/SW TCP/IP networks installation, configuration, setup
Previous experience in support for Internet providers – nice to have
Experience on terminal level with Linux, PostgreSQL, Asterisk, Apache
Basic knowledge of electronics
