The holder of this position is responsible for raw material supply.  She/he is responsible for communication with supplier teams, internal requirements and quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·        Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field

·        Strong communication and problem-solving skills

·        Prior experience working with SAP is a plus

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software

·        Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory

·        Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·        Follow up on the plant sales, inventory and operations planning on monthly basis

·        Manage weekly process for procurement of the materials

·        Verifies and make sure that all settings for the supply components have the correct settings in SAP

·        Take all necessary actions in order to have EDI conncetions with all suppliers and to use SAP for all suppliers portfolio

·        Supplies in time and the required amount of components

·        Manage stock level of finished products and components, according to customer requirements and company objectives

·        Monitor the performance of suppliers in accordance with contracts, reporting any irregularities or problems

·        All logistics activities to support new product introduction (controlling inventory, managing new parts entrance, packaging definition, cost analyze, etc.)

·        Maintain permanent contact with Production Department to ensure an optimum production flow

·        Maintain permanent contact with the Department of Engineering in order to minimize as much as possible the impact on the stock of components due to technical modifications

·        Assure the level of the obsolettes in case of technical modification or EOL is zero or maximum 1 MOQ

·        Maintain permanent contact with the Department of Quality and logistics operator in order to avoid any issues in the incoming flow

·        Identify and generate opportunities for improvement of the logistics processes

·        Identify the blocking points and plan appropriate quick actions to solve.
