Your key responsibilities:

• Lead the governance and maintenance of Global Supply Chain Planning Parameters (in SAP, Kinaxis Rapid Response) for all the sites in Technology Platform by setting up and driving robust processes, ensuring periodic checks and collaborating with cross functional teams both Global and Local.
• Work closely with Global Supply Chain End to End Planning, ensuring consistency of planning parameters across the End to End supply network, analyze impact of changes and present the overview to platform leadership team in various forums.
• Ownership of Global Planning parameters such as MOQ, Safety Stock/Profile, Lead times etc., categorize materials through ABC classification for effective management.
• Lead change management process, define Annual Parameters calendar, targets and monitor adherence.
• Support inventory optimization within the Platform through planning parameters.
• Identify and understand gaps in ERP planning (SAP, Kinaxis Rapid Response) due to system setups, address them with potential solutions, with Site/Country SCM Heads and SPOCs.
• Drive ideation and implementation of new/improved reports, KPI, metrics and processes using data analytics tools in alignment with relevant functions. Training users and promoting usage of the tools.
• Co-ordinate and lead improvement Projects or ad-hoc analyses as needed, supporting the site and Global teams.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment within the supply chain function
• Strong background in Operations Management and Execution with broad functional exposure
• Expertise in Supply Chain Planning and Inventory Management
• Solid skills in Data Analytics and digital tools
• Knowledge of Logistics, Transportation Management and Order Management
• Experience with SAP ERP and Master Data management
• Track record in Operational Excellence and process improvement
• Good understanding of Resilience and Risk Management in supply chain operations, with fluency in English (written and spoken)
