<img src="https://imgcdn.bestjobs.eu/cdn/t/plain/tinymce/671f53f7b0e7e.jpg" alt="BestJobs2024_2" width="893" height="339"> Your Activities:<ul><li>Procure material, equipment, and services that exceed JSS business objectives ;</li><li>Benchmark commodities and manage a buyer business plan to exceed cost reduction objectives;</li><li>Actively link with GCM and counterparts in the others regions to ensure global strategies and drive localization requirements;</li><li>Link & leverage current and new businesses;</li><li>Constantly follow up and update the KPIs for on-time performance/sourcing implementations;</li><li>Regionally or Globally source all components/suppliers on a regular base;</li><li>Develop a short, medium & long-term vision of continuous improvement in terms of :</li><li><ul><li>Quality, Service (incl. logistics, launch and customer orientation), Price and Technology (Q/P/S/T)</li><li>Understanding of market evolutions & technologies development.</li><li>Understanding competitiveness of existing supply base (cost structure, cost modelling) and benchmarking potential suppliers to drive continuous Business Case improvement (BOM cost) both within PCO activities and on daily-basis.</li><li>Utilizing Vendor Tooling cost structure analysis to drive best total value of such.</li></ul></li><li>Actively manage and process data related to owned commodity including comparative cost breakdown analysis, cost linearities and, ideally, cost model development;</li><li>Understand/negotiate cost impact related to design changes;</li><li>Ability to adhere Purchasing Department values based on accountability, integrity and constructive communications;</li></ul>&nbsp;Your Prerequisites:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree</li><li>Purchasing experience (3/6 years): negotiation skills, purchasing process skills;</li><li>Problem solving skill & Risk management skills;</li><li>Data analytics – cost breakdown, cost comparative analysis;</li><li>Presentation & Meeting leading skills;</li><li>Knowledge in information security;</li><li>Understanding of manufacturing processes and production environment;</li><li>Analytical thinking and ability to gather/gain key information;</li><li>Trade knowledge;</li><li>Knowledge of quality standards for automotive;</li><li>Knowledge of quote comparison & evaluation and method of saving generation;</li><li>Very good English knowledge written and spoken;</li><li>Willingness to travel and participate in business trips as required;</li><li>Ability to manage crisis situations and respond effectively under pressure.</li></ul>
