We are looking for a Store Manager to lead and support our teams in adidas Vivo mall Cluj

The Store Manager Is directly in charge of adidas store and its personnel, ensuring a smooth operation of the store and a unique shopping experience at the highest standards.

The Store Manager will be responsible of the team management, the sales management, the customer service, the deliveries, returns and transfers, the stock and inventory, the cash and invocing.

The Store Manager will report directly to the District Manager and is responsible for the successful implementation and enforcement of procedures and policies required by the company.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the store and ensure adidas standards are consistently maintained.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience and handle customer inquiries or complaints efficiently.
• Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve sales results.
• Oversee deliveries, transfers, returns, and inventory processes.
• Ensure Visual Merchandising standards and brand image are properly implemented.
• Manage team scheduling, attendance, and staffing needs.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and continuous development of employees.
• Monitor store expenses and contribute to maximizing profitability.
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and operational standards are respected at all times.
