Specification Sales Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Specification Sales Consultant to support the development of our presence in the construction materials market. The role focuses on building strong relationships with architects, designers, and construction professionals, while promoting the company’s products and identifying new project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and project stakeholders
  • Build and manage a profitable portfolio of clients (specifiers, contractors, designers)
  • Conduct site visits to identify and track new construction projects
  • Actively promote the company’s products through regular visits and technical discussions
  • Provide technical support and guidance to architects and specifiers upon request
  • Generate and share qualified leads with the sales team
  • Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities in relation to specifiers
  • Propose actions based on market insights and customer feedback
  • Travel within the assigned region

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Architecture
  • Previous experience as a Construction Engineer or Technical Representative in a construction materials company
  • Existing network of architects/designers is a strong advantage
  • Valid driving license (Category B)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic personality with a willingness to learn
  • Strong initiative and determination to achieve objectives
