Contract Type: 1 year  fixed period, with the possibility of extension  

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy;
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc;
  • Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions;
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices;
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team;
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process;
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”.

Who are you and what kind of soft skills are we looking for?

  • You have a university degree;
  • You have 2 years experience in recruitment (preferably in multinational companies);
  • You have thorough knowledge in Microfost Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
  • You have good knowledge of HR processes;
  • HR certifications are a plus;
  • English level - fluent (minimum B2 level);
  • Interpersonal communication skills, teamwork, innovation, motivating others, organizing and planning, problem solving, time management, flexibility, results oriented.
