Duties and responsibilities:

• Locate new suppliers and vendors.
• Confer with suppliers to obtain product or service information such as price, availability and delivery schedule.
• Negotiates prices and quantities.
• Generate orders and ensure the products are delivered on time.
• Registering, sorting and distributing different types of documents.
• Attending meetings with suppliers.
