About Us

Join MedFlow srl, the Romanian subsidiary of the market leader online booking and patient journey management systems for private healthcare. Our mission is to make healthcare processes simpler, faster, and more efficient. We are currently scaling our Romanina opőeratuon. 

We are looking for a passionate Sales & Account Manager who believes in the future of digital health and wants to be part of a team that is conquering both the Romanian and international markets.

Your Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Product Demonstrations: Present the MedFlow and MediRex system functions to new and existing clients.
  • Module Integration: Lead the introduction and demonstration of new modules, specifically the MedFlow online booking and patient management system
  • Consultancy: Act as a strategic advisor to healthcare providers, helping them optimize their workflows.
  • Reporting: Prepare analyses, reports, and contribute to strategic sales planning.

Requirements

  • Experience: Strong background in B2B sales and software (SaaS) sales.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Mindset: Structured thinking, solution-oriented attitude, and a proactive approach to growth.
  • Independence: Ability to work productively both independently and as a team player.
  • Language:conversational English is a must
  • Bonus: Knowledge of the healthcare market is a significant plus.

  • Google Calendar: Posibilitatea de a conecta programul intern al clinicii cu Google Calendar pentru a menține agendele medicilor actualizate.
  • Semnătură Digitală (SignOnTab): Permite pacienților să semneze electronic consimțămintele și alte documente necesare direct în locație.
