Do you want to join us in our efforts to digitize Norway and affect the everyday life of a large number of people? We are building a modern ERP and HRM solution for the Norwegian public market, and we are looking for a Software Architect to help us make this product a success.
You will be working with some of the best domain experts in Norway, in an organization in strong growth where SaaS and cloud are a major part of the strategy. And you will be a vital contributor in our efforts to modernize one of Norway's largest software successes.
As our new Software Architect, you will be responsible for the overall architecture and design of the service. You will be part of a DevOps team working in public cloud where continuous delivery with extreme automation, continuous improvement, and continuous monitoring are some of our core principles.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:
Design the architecture of the service
Ensure that the service is designed and developed according to standards and best practices in Visma
Technical lead for the developers on the team
Collaborate closely with the Service Owner and the Infrastructure Engineer
Be part of and contribute in relevant architect forums
Advise in design and technical decisions
Execute Architecture Reviews for the service
Responsible for the technology stack currently consisting of technologies like Java8, Spring, Hibernate, MSSQL, Oracle, Apache Wicket, Tomcat, Git, JUnit, Mockito and Selenium
Ensure that the health of the service is monitored and SLA is fulfilled
If you are the right one for us, we believe that you have:
Minimum 3 years' higher education, . MSc at a college or university
Minimum 5 years' of related working experience ( software industry)
Knowledge of Software Engineering methods and patterns
Experience in designing cloud software
Relevant experience may compensate for lack of qualifications.
