Position:&nbsp;&nbsp;Social Media Photographer & VideographerLocation: Bucharest, RomaniaEmployment type: Full-timeRemuneration: Base salaryDuties & Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, shoot, and deliver high-quality photo and video content for social media campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn</li><li>Own the full content process from brief and concept to shooting, editing, and final delivery</li><li>Handle lighting, framing, on-set execution, and creative direction for social-first visuals</li><li>Translate campaign objectives into engaging short-form and digital storytelling formats</li><li>Adapt content into multiple outputs including reels, cutdowns, stories, thumbnails, and teasers</li><li>Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to align on campaign goals and timelines</li><li>Maintain consistent visual quality and branding across all content</li><li>Manage shooting schedules, file organisation, and content delivery workflows</li><li>Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and performance-driven creative approaches.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in photography, videography, or digital content creation</li><li>Proven hands-on experience producing social media content for brands or campaigns</li><li>Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and short-form visual storytelling</li><li>Experience with professional cameras such as Canon, Sony, or Blackmagic (Blackmagic is a strong advantage)</li><li>Must-have experience using DaVinci Resolve for editing (Premiere Pro or Final Cut as a plus)</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing social media-focused photo and video work (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)</li><li>Ability to independently manage shoots and creative execution end-to-end</li><li>Fluent in English &Romanian</li><li>Strong organisational and communication skills</li><li>Comfortable working in fast-paced, content-driven environments</li><li>On-site availability, full-time, five days per week.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Daily lunch at the office</li><li>Private health insurance</li><li>Gym benefit after six months</li><li>Free in-house massage services</li><li>And many others!</li></ul>If you are passionate about photography and videography and eager to make a valuable contribution in a dynamic and creative environment, we invite you to apply for this position.
