Responsibilities:

• Maintain the production equipments in the area of responsability in order to sustain performance indicators to achive quality and production targets, following organizational regulations .
• Support and collaboration with production related departments (operations ,quality) in order to achive organization goals.

Corrective Maintenance (repairs, problem solving for machine deviation)

• Efficient troubleshooting for all the equipments in the area of responsability.
• Repair and maintain production equipments in order to reduce downtime to minimum.
• Perform technical activities as repair and troubleshooting acording to technical documentation;
• Following problem solving from begining to solving or status change.

Preventive Maintenance (planned and occurrent activities)

• Ensures that preventive maintenance is done in accordance with equipment maintenance plan.
• Perform planned technical activities acording to technical documentation;

General Administrative Responsabilities

• Problems / activities recording in machine documentation / recording tools or database.
• Reporting technicall and other incidents using assigned reporting tools (ERP tools, ticketing).
• Follow escalation procedures related to technicall issues and spare parts availability.
• Manage the spare parts stock according to resposability level.
• Follow Enviromental, Health and Safety regulations in order to prevent any risk related to personal and group activities, production equipments or other employees.
• Identifies and inform Enviromental, Health and Safety department about potential risks (situations or accidental facts)
• Continuous improvement in the area of responsibility.
• Maintains and continuously improves 5S.
• Activ involvement and participation to trainings, workshops and activities related to area of responsability.
