Your responsibilities:

-       Coordinates all  SMT Processes: Laser engraving, AOI and AXI related activities from equipment specifications phase to EOP, considering: timing plan , project phase, customer requirement and quality objectives to be in line with IATF, as follows:

-        Evaluates manufacturing processes by designing and conducting LLD Workshops;

-        Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching testing methods, and conferring with equipment vendors;

-        Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout;

-        Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods;

-        Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs;

-        Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing;

-        Provides manufacturing engineering information by answering questions and requests;

-        Completes design and development projects by training and guiding technicians;

-        Participates proactive / constructive in FMEA, DFM, engineering changes (ECR, ECO);

-        Consults and collaborates with other groups of the production engineering department for a better industrialization of the products / new processes;

-        Responsible for providing support, when needed, for preventive and corrective maintenance and for executing these activities effectively.

-        Elaborates work instructions for each station, process or machine;

-        Provides technical support to the organization in areas such as corrective action, defect avoidance, problem solving.
