Site Manager - Construction Engineer with 3-5 years construction experience

Company profile: Concrete Contractor

We are looking to hire an ambitious site manager with relevant experience in CSA works, especially concrete works.

Key responsibilities:

- Coordinate and lead on site works according to the agreed timeline and budget

- Read structural drawings and provide technical guidance to the on site foreman and workers

- Quality Assurance 

- Based on the structural drawings, RFI's and relevant project specifications determine necessary materials list

- Order materials in accordance with the project programme and keep an inventory

- Attend whiteboard, DABS and planning meetings and update the main contractor in regards with the works

- Survey and quantify executed works, keeping a track record of them

- Push the works in order to advance them in a time efficient way

Skills:

years construction experience

- English (proficient user)

- Graduate CCIA

- AutoCAD

- Revit (not a requirment but it's a +)

- Excel and Office

This position is a very good opportunity for a young and enthusiast engineer. It doesn't require extensive experience just the willingness to learn new things and do a professional and structured work.
