The position is important to link the activities of Material Development, Physical Testing and Simulation together. - The better we can describe our materials in virtual way the better our quality level will be.
Performing of CFD simulation and fluid structure interaction applications;
Performing Simulations: NVH Sound Generation, NVH Noise Transfer Functions, NVH Radiated noise, NVH Sound Generation, mass flow, pressure drop, heat transfer simulations;
Using CAD tools: SolidWorks, Catia;
Performing Structural Simulations;
Leading RaD projects;
Presenting projects results internally and externally;
Leading and coordinating team member of RaD projects;
Taking over responsibility for the success of the assigned projects and that they are fulfilled in time;
Reporting to the Head of MFS RD AD SIM;
Implementing new simulation methodology;
Optimization and coordination of the simulation results in dialog with the Application-Eng. and/or customer;
Supporting Application Engineering in presenting and explaining the results directly to the customer;
Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics or related;
Good Knowledge on Finite Element Analysis and Computational Fluid Dynamics;
Experience in CFD (steady and unsteady flow);
Proficiency in the following CAE software: ANSYS;
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in CAE simulation using ANSYS software;
Good skills in English language: reading and writing;
