Responsibilities

YOU are an analytical person, passionate about technology. You enjoy taking things apart and building them back together, because understanding and solving technically complex issues is what drives you. You are looking for highly experienced colleagues to help you deepen your technical knowledge. At the same time, you thrive in an international environment by communicating well with knowledgeable IT professionals within large corporate customers and by maintaining long-lasting business relationships with them.

 

Your core responsibilities include:

  • Guide the teams to ensure constant progress on deliverables, consistency in approach, share best practices and collaborate on quality initiatives to enhance technical Lead deep technical case wellness and case progression, providing technical advice and recommendation.
  • Build strong, successful partnerships with the supplier teams acting as technical consultant to enable fast problem resolution and development by leading our technical triages.
  • Be the internal point of reference for bugs and general issues when content isn’t available externally.
  • Partner with the Service Delivery Manager and other stakeholders to ensure consistent expectation setting with suppliers and to drive improvement programs evolving delivery quality.

Qualifications

You have demonstrated ability and experience in technical or operational leadership, being able to influence a community without authority given by hierarchy. You can navigate a network of stakeholders effectively in pursuit of business results.

 

You have experience with SharePoint Server administration and/or troubleshooting. Depending on your level of seniority, you already know some of the following technologies (and wish to learn the others):

  • HTML, JavaScript, CSS
  • Networking (HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP)
  • Database concepts and administration (Microsoft SQL Server or other)
  • Windows Server concepts and administration (Active Directory, NLB, Networking)
  • Developing, deploying and/or customizing web applications in ASP.NET/C#, PHP, Java or similar
  • Web Servers (IIS or others)
  • Windows SharePoint Services and Microsoft SharePoint Server
  • Developing and/or debugging managed code applications
