Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and Manage Transactions: Oversee and handle errors in electronic transactions to ensure smooth operations.
Invoice Verification: Verify and process incoming supplier invoices, including reconciling any discrepancies (WEDP).
Issue Resolution: Identify, analyze, and communicate settlement issues with internal teams and DKV suppliers.
Data Management: Take responsibility for accurate and efficient data management.

Your Profile:

Experience: 1-4 years of similar experience.
Mindset: Analytical, open-minded, and proactive with a hands-on mentality.
Skills: Excellent logical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP or other ERP programs at a user level is a plus.
MS Office Proficiency: Basic expertise in MS Office, especially Excel functions such as formulas and VLOOKUP.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English is mandatory.
Numerical Aptitude: Good comprehension of numbers and a keen eye for detail.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with others.
Communication: Strong communication and argumentation skills.
Organization: Well-organized and structured, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multitasking effectively.
