We are a specialized concrete contractor engaged in the construction of large-scale, high-tech facilities such as data centers across Europe. We are currently seeking a motivated and technically skilled Site Engineer (Surveying/Geodesy) to join our team on a major new build project.

Position Overview:

This role is ideal for a junior to mid-level engineer (2–5 years experience) seeking to grow their career in a structured and professional site environment. The position involves setting out and surveying responsibilities using total stations, and supporting construction activities with accurate technical input and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site setting-out operations for concrete structures using total station equipment.
• Prepare and interpret setting-out drawings, perform site surveys, and generate accurate as-built documentation.
• Read and understand structural and technical drawings to support on-site implementation.
• Provide clear technical instructions to foremen and construction workers during execution.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards by preparing and maintaining the necessary documentation.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Geodesy, Topography, Civil Engineering, or related technical field.
• 2–5 years of relevant site experience in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on concrete works.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Technical proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Experience working with total station equipment and site survey methods.
