  • Act as the single point of contact for the key-users and appropriate business counterparts to resolve application issues in a timely and cost-effective manner on 1st and 2nd level.
  • Follow service and process standards in alignment with the central IT.
  • Execute and analyze day-to-day operations support, whilst constantly identifying improvement areas and actions and support their implementation



  • Strong interest in business processes and IT systems
  • Ability to solve incidents and draw valid conclusions to identify problems on basis of collected data and given facts
  • Ability to strengthen business process knowledge in peer-to-peer discussion with central IT and business counterparts.
  • Ability to be self-directed while working under timely pressure
  • Ability to work with different international cultures
  • Willingness to spend longer periods of time in Germany for education and training reasons
  • Strong communication (both written and verbal) skills in English and/or German
  • University degree with focus on Business Administration or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Fluent in English and/or German
