RESPONSIBILITY
• Translate business and HR requirements into technical integration specifications
• Design and implement integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and external systems
• Develop and maintain integration flows using SAP Integration Suite (CPI) or other middleware/iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Azure Logic Apps, etc.)
• Create and manage REST/OData/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and file-based interfaces
• Handle webhooks and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS)
• Design and document integration flows following standard patterns: synchronous, asynchronous, batch, event-driven, and API-led
• Build, test, deploy, and monitor integration solutions with a focus on performance and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues proactively; validate integration performance and data consistency
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new integration technologies and best practices
• Analyze and transform data using standard formats such as JSON, XML, and CSV
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards, including TLS/SSL encryption, X.509 certificate management, and digital message signing
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of integrations, data mappings, and architecture
• Collaborate with IT architects to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles
• Ensure data security, compliance, and adherence to privacy regulations (GDPR)
Candidate’s Profile:
5+ years of experience in system integration or related technical roles.
Strong understanding of integration concepts, API design, and middleware platforms.
Hands-on experience with:
* SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center, APIs, OData
* SAP CPI / SAP BTP Integration Suite
* REST/SOAP web services, JSON, XML
* Authentication & authorization (OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect)
Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, SAP Event Mesh).
Experience with Git/GitHub, Postman, and monitoring tools.
Experience with ETL / Data pipeline tools (Talend, Airbyte, Fivetran, etc.).
Familiarity with Data Lakes / Warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.).
