Responsibilities:

Being responsible for high-quality recruiting processes in line with hiring managers requirements and assist departments with all questions revolving around the subject of recruiting;
Take over the entire recruiting process for assigned business lines such as consulting of line managers, defining job requirements, preparation and placing of job advertisements, identification of right recruiting channels, handling of applicant management including pre-selection and interviews;
Cooperate with headhunters and utilize best practice sourcing methods including advanced web sourcing, social networks, niche job boards, user groups, research and databases to source passive candidates meeting the needs of the organization;
Bring improvements to the current processes and procedures;
Implement functional programs in order to support organizational effectiveness and adaptability, employee satisfaction and retention;
Promote the organizational culture through the development and implementation of relevant policies and initiatives;
Implement the new leaders’ orientation and on boarding programs;
Drawing and updating standard or punctual reports regarding recruitment process and headcount;
Maintaining the organization chart up-to-date.
Monitoring company headcount, in order to maintain it within the approved limits.

Profile:

Strong candidate and client management skills, offering high levels of support and service as well as the ability to build strong relationships;
+5 years of Staffing/Recruitment experience, strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization from entry level to executive staff;
Knowledge of Recruitment best practices, HR principals, evaluation, practices, employment laws, and regulations required;
Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team based project experience;
Should have handled large volume hiring across technologies including IT and non-IT;
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, work in a fast-paced environment and accomplish results through influence while meeting deadlines
Excellent team player with a flexible and adaptable mentality;
Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Very good English command;
Experience in working with Charisma HCM.
