We are looking for a Senior Solution Engineer who will initiate and support the steps towards customer centricity through personalization. Job Responsibilities
Implementing the end-to-end Journeys through the customer engagement capabilities (Thunderhead ONE and Airship), which involves creating eligibility rules, configuration, implementing data import scripts, creating Actions objects inform of JSON. In addition to creating advanced email templates and campaigns journey on Airship.
Troubleshooting data transfer problems from DWH to Thunderhead ONE to Airship, which involves possible problems due to mistakes in eligibility rules.
Together with the team, define the concepts and ideas on using the capabilities sensefully, and have a clear concept for QA & reporting for every implemented journey.
Consult the missions technically on the feasibility of implementation for different journeys and suggest new ways for achieving the business targets based on the capability knowledge.
Work closely also with other technical teams (ex: web, App, middleware ... etc) in delivering omni-channels journeys.
Familiar with the existing documentation of the implemented concepts and maintaining documentation for whatever new implementations.
Studies, for example in (business) computer science, as well as several years of practical experience in advising departments and developers alike.
Enjoying the combination of technological understanding, strategic analysis and implementation work, all of this using Agile methods.
The ability to convey and present technical requirements to different target groups in an understandable way (in English).
Ability to think E2E, build complete concepts and figure out the gaps, experience with customer facing channels/touch points.
