Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science / Business Informatics or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of previous experience as an IT project manager in international project teams or comparable position
  • Knowledge in project management methodologies (. Agile Scrum and PRINCE2) especially in leading projects and in leading international project teams
  • Strong communication skills , Ability to motivate and persuade others
  • Professional attitude, flexibility, analytical thinking
  • Reliable and loyal person
  • Fluent spoken and written English skills
  • Understanding of the Microsoft technology stack including SharePointffice 365 / Microsoft Graph etc., ideally practical experience
  • Experience with Nintex Workflows and Forms would be beneficial
  • Experience with ITIL best practices would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of German language would be an advantage
  • Ability to work in international teams incl. temporary business trips (2-3 weeks per trip up to 2 trips per year)

Your area of responsibility:

  • Project management and participation in IT-projects in the area of development of an internally used, international collaboration platform based on Microsoft technologies
  • These are among others:
  • Evaluation and integration of Microsoft M365 technologies and services
  • Creation of a Social Intranet offering
  • Platform for Collaboration with external partners using MS Teams
  • Active collaboration and Consulting with IT-management and business departments . for new concepts, business process improvements, etc.
  • Responsible for planning, concept creation, implementation/customizing, test and Go-Live of small Changes / process improvements following ITIL best practice in close collaboration with business department
  • Setup and Handling of 3rd Level support for Incidents and Service Requests of the global IT system based on MS SharePoint and Nintex
  • Creation of training material and user documentation as well as providing end user training sessions
