-Customer management throughout the showroom experience
-Monitoring and maintaining inventory of stock on the store.
-Assisting in setting up promotional displays and in charge of maintaining the quality of the store’s presentation.
-Identifying customer’s needs and objections to educate them of the products to be purchased.
-Recommending items that will appeal to the customer’s budget and needs.
-Establishing and maintaining relationship with both long term and new clients to establish client base.
-Issuing receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers and handled payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers.
-Enhances sales staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members
