Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying new business opportunities within the company’s specific market segments
• Conducting market research to identify new development directions
• Providing customized technical solutions to clients, based on solid process knowledge
• Expanding the customer base and increasing sales within existing accounts
• Building and maintaining long‑term commercial relationships with partners
• Conducting market research to identify new development opportunities
• Actively participating in meetings, presentations, and commercial events, including international ones
• Monitoring technological trends in the industry and integrating them into customer proposals
• Using CRM tools to manage sales activities and customer interactions
• Negotiating contracts and commercial offers with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in technical sales within the automotive or mechanical processing industry
• Knowledge of coating processes – considered an advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in PC operation (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Advanced English skills (commercial and technical)
• Availability for business travel domestically and internationally
• Category B driving license
