Brief description of duties
Lead the recruitment processes, through both internal and external channels, from junior to senior level positions;
Support hiring managers in defining candidates profiles;
Define recruitment channels that should be used in the process regarding position level, duties, location, etc.;
Create job ads and post them at relevant job ad websites, LinkedIn and/or other social media;
Screen candidates and present a shortlist to the hiring manager;
Conduct interviews and test relevant candidates.
Candidates reference checking when needed;
Advise the Hiring Manager to choose the right candidate for their teams;
Create and send job offers to the selected candidates;
Inform all candidates who participated in the selection process of its outcome;
Provide information to the finance team regarding employment contract preparation;
Coordinate post-offer activities and ensure new hires are fully prepared for their first day;
Facilitate a positive candidate experience and maintain the integrity and compliance of the selection process, all while upholding hiring standards;
Follow-up with the Head of HR to ensure the hiring of the employee as per agreed timeframe;
Strong understanding of teams, roles, and job descriptions for all positions within the company;
Create and update the CV/candidate database for each position.
Track and update the recruitment process in the applicant tracking system (Monday);
Organize internal activities in coordination with Head of HR, when needed;
Being part of all HR-related processes, when needed.
