Working in the position of On-site Senior Recruiter you will assume responsibility for the entire recruitment process. Your role will be to work closely with Hiring Managers in Romania, to understand their immediate and future recruitment requirements, devise, develop and deliver candidate attraction strategies and effectively manage the talent pool of candidates. This will include conducting telephone interviews, short-listing appropriate candidates and managing the offer process whilst ensuring that the recruitment SLA’s are met.
