Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports.
Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
- Managing daily accounts.
- Finding new potential clients and researching new opportunities.
- Working daily with several of platforms.
- Daily optimisations to achieve KPIs.
- Working with different teams – Tech/Business/Management on daily basis.
- Mandatory- excellent command of English - both conversational and business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivots, Vlook-ups, etc)
- Good communication skills (partners/team).
- Fluent with computers/Windows.
- Analytical skills.
