Requirements:
- Studies: Law Degree;
- Experience: minimum 5 years legal practice;
- Qualifications: solid knowledge of real estate laws, civil and commercial legislation;
- Skills: fluency in written and spoken English is a must (including experience in legal drafting & terminology);
- Flexibility and multitasking focused on problem solving and meeting deadlines;
- Committed team player in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provides legal assistance and advice to the various departments in the company;
- Monitors and informs on the legislation in force, identifying the legal requirements according to the specific areas related to company’s activity;
- Assist the internal departments of the company in drafting and negotiating various types of agreements;
- Ensures the corporate activity for the company;
- Will be involved in the real estate development procedures of the company.
