Job Title: Senior Finance and Accounting Specialist

Start date: To be agreed upon, but the sooner the better

Location: SC Stentor Industries SRL - Curcani, Romania

Reports to: Finance Manager

Your role:

In this role you will become one of the key players within our Finance Department.

You will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, financial administration, reporting and financial monitoring of ongoing business operations.

At the same time, you are expected to actively contribute to improving internal processes, ERP discipline and financial transparency within the company.

We are looking for somebody who wants to grow together with the organization and who is capable of taking ownership and responsibility.

Main responsibilities:

• Processing and monitoring accounting transactions
• Managing AP/AR administration
• Bank bookings and payment preparation
• VAT declarations and statutory reporting
• Monthly closing activities and reconciliations
• Preparation of balance sheets and financial reports
• Supporting budgeting and cash flow monitoring
• Monitoring project costs and supporting after-calculations
• Supporting inventory and fixed asset administration
• Working with ERP systems and improving data accuracy
• Supporting audits and communication with authorities
• Helping to improve financial procedures and reporting structures
• Supporting management with financial analyses and operational insights

What we are looking for

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Minimum 5 years experience in accounting or finance
• Strong understanding of Romanian accounting and fiscal legislation
• Experience with ERP systems
• Good Excel skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Fluent Romanian and good English skills
• Structured and disciplined way of working
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Ambition to grow into a broader financial role over time

Nice to have

• Experience in a production or project-based environment
• Experience with ERP implementations or process optimization
• Experience with cost calculations and operational reporting
• Experience working in an international environment
