We run 5+ global multichannel accounts, number which we areactivelyworking to expand in the short SpecsThe request forthis role will be to rationalize and enhance our current data analysis process, by working in interaction with 5 to 10 colleagues from UK, South Africa, Albania, Suriname and the Netherlands.
As such a consulting approach, open to defining new solutions and implementing new tools, is strongly recommended. We are open to work-from-home oriented profiles, but we wouldask candidate to attendour office in Oradea one day per medium-term goal is to build a tested data analysis process, based on a solid and consistent data collection, a transparent and shared working stream, standardized yet flexible reporting mechanisms, in order to allow:•decision makers to:oread and interpret standard and custom informationoreceive (also unsolicited) insights ooperate based on clear ad tangible datahandling process•clients to perfectly handle their specific data sets and constantly monitor their KPIsAs a Data Scientist you will have the opportunity to work onan enormous amount of data, crucial to provide our customers the best experience. This includes “classic” customer care environment analytics (reason codes of contact, key performance metric outcomes, number of contacts, efficiency data, etc.).You will be the driver of insights towards the board of directors, by reporting directly to the Global Operations Director and his peers from the global office.

Duties and responsibilities
•Collecting data analyzing business results or by setting up and managing new studies
•Transferring data into a new format to make it more appropriate for analysis
•Creatingnew, experimental frameworks to collect data
•Building tools to automate data collection
•Searching through large data sets for usable information•Creating reports and presentations for business uses
•Correlating similardata to find actionable resultsSkillsThe work will be carried out in Englishand, in addition to the knowledge of specific tools and logic, communication and teamwork skills will be essential.
Your qualifications should include:
•Advanced ability to perform exploratory data analysis
•Excellent in Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) & Data analyses (software) tools
•Knowledgeofstatistical methods such as classification, clustering and regressions
•Technical writing skills& ability to communicate complex data in a simple, actionable way
•Ability to visualize data in the most effective way possible for a given project or study
•Analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail
•Ability to work independently and with team members from different backgrounds
•University master's degree in a quantitative field: Data Science, Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable study. Alternatively we will also eavaluate profiles who has attended an accelerated data science bootcamp or self-taught (with a portfolio of projects to prove their skills)
•Lean Six Sigma certification, “black belt” considered a plus•Knowledge of Tableau ™or similarenvironmentwill behighly appreciated
•Being familiar withobject-oriented programming languagewould be weighted
•Approximately 2-4 years of work experience as a data scientist or comparable
•Experience within the customer care space would be a big plus
•Experience with machine learning based on medium to large data sets, data cleaning and presentation of analyzes
•Experience with big data technologies, machine learning and AIis a plus
