Here, pretensioners for seat belts are coated using the cathodic dip coating (CDC) method.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Job Description:<ul><li>Preparing monthly closing reports, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts in line with group requirements</li><li>Performing analyses on cost centers and expense categories</li><li>Actively participating in the implementation of internal control processes and policies</li><li>Analyzing financial indicators: cash flow, P&L, inventory</li><li>Reviewing and analyzing monthly costs in collaboration with the accounting department</li><li>Calculating production-level cost rates</li><li>Reporting deviations from budget and forecast, in accordance with IFRS standards</li><li>Using specific IT applications (e.g., SAP, inventory management systems)</li><li>Coordinating cost control activities within projects</li><li>Monitoring expenses and budget commitments</li><li>Preparing and updating cost reports</li><li>Supporting completion estimates (ETC/EAC) and variance analysis</li><li>Collaborating closely with planning, procurement, and contract teams</li><li>Ensuring traceability of cost changes resulting from scope modifications</li><li>Contributing to the development of internal cost control procedures and tools</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in cost controlling</li><li>Completed higher education in finance/economics</li><li>Knowledge of SAP FI/CO</li><li>Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail</li><li>Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting</li><li>Solid knowledge of accounting and financial analysis</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office suite</li><li>Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Proactive attitude, flexibility, and organizational skills</li><li>Advanced English language proficiency</li></ul>
