Texmoblank Timișoara is Hiring: Senior CNC Mechanical Technician & Senior CNC Electrical Technician

Are you an experienced CNC maintenance professional looking to work in a modern industrial environment? Join the Texmoblank team and play a key role in maintaining and optimizing state-of-the-art CNC manufacturing equipment.

Equipment & Technologies

You will be working with:

Chiron, Emag, Mazak, Puma, and Linx machines
CNC controls: Siemens (Sinumerik), Fanuc, Mazatrol
Electrical drives, servo systems, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
Industrial hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Technical Requirements

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC machine maintenance within a machining/manufacturing environment.
Advanced experience in:
- CNC fault diagnosis and troubleshooting (alarm handling, fault tracing)
- Servo axes, servo motors, encoders, and spindle systems
- Industrial PLCs (Siemens experience is preferred)
Ability to read and interpret:
- Complex electrical schematics
- OEM technical documentation
Proven experience with preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
Strong understanding of MTTR reduction and MTBF optimization.
Availability to work in shifts and respond to urgent maintenance interventions when required.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical failures on CNC equipment.
Perform advanced maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC controls, servo systems, and PLCs.
Optimize machine performance and minimize equipment downtime.
Collaborate closely with Production and Engineering teams to implement technical improvements.
Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate equipment service records.
