We are seeking our new Senior BI & Marketing Data Analytics Specialist to join the SBS Digital Marketing & Operations team! This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, marketing analytics, and revenue performance.

You will own the reporting layer used by Marketing, Sales and Leadership to understand pipeline, revenue, ABM and campaign performance across regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and own Power BI, Salesforce and BigQuery/Looker Studio dashboards
  • Analyze and model data from Salesforce and Pardot (Account Engagement)
  • Translate business needs into clear KPIs, data models and visualizations
  • Act as a data partner to Marketing, Sales, RevOps and Leadership teams
  • Ensure data quality, consistency and usability across layers
  • Connect and model data from multiple sources (CRM, ads/ABM platform, data warehouse…)

Qualifications:

Mandatory skills

  • 5+ years of experience
  • PBI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) or equivalent BI certification
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce (Account Engagement + Sales Cloud)
  • Solid understanding of funnels, pipeline, and marketing performance metrics
  • Comfortable working in an international, English-speaking environment

Nice to have

  • Experience with an ABM platform (Demandbase, 6sense, etc.)
  • Salesforce Admin Certification
  • Experience with paid media & marketing data sources (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, G2, Capterra, etc.)

Profile

  • Analytical, structured and detail-oriented
  • Able to work autonomously and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
