Role Mission
Drive revenue growth in the Romanian market by acquiring and developing partnerships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and related stakeholders through tailored advertising and promotional solutions on the Liki24 marketplace and external channels.

Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B outbound sales (hunter profile).
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to interpret campaign performance and translate it into client value.
Strong presentation skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple clients and priorities.
High level of ownership and accountability for revenue targets.
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. NetHunt, HubSpot, Salesforce).
Comfortable working with data and basic performance analysis.

Responsibilities:

New Business Development (Primary Focus)
Identify and engage potential clients (pharma, agencies, distributors).
Drive full-cycle outbound sales.
Develop tailored commercial proposals based on client needs and business goals.
Own and manage personal sales pipeline in CRM (NetHunt).

Commercial & Solution Selling
Translate client marketing goals into customized advertising solutions, by leveraging internal marketplace`s tools and external marketing channels (search, social media).
Collaborate with internal marketing teams (PPC, SEO, lifecycle, design).
Define budget allocation across channels to maximize client ROI.

Account Development (Post-sale)
Maintain ongoing communication with key clients.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare client reports.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

Operational Ownership
Participation in the launch of marketing campaigns, as well as coordination of the launch with cross-functional teams.
Track payments and ensure contract execution.
Maintain accurate client data and activity tracking in CRM.

Would be a plus:

Experience with pharmaceutical or healthcare market in Romania.
Background in advertising / digital marketing agencies.
Understanding of digital marketing / advertising metrics (CPC, ROI, conversion, etc.).
