Atributii / Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping activities to final trial balances
• Managing a portfolio of 2 companies from the group.
• Ensuring timely and correct preparation of the returns, according to the requirements of Romanian legislation and timely filing in the tax authority office;
• Preparing half and end year balance sheet;
• Ensure the timely filing in the tax authority office
• Support to the inspectors in case of Control Verify / analyze the year-end balance sheet
• Providing reports on accounting issues upon CFO request
• Ensure of a timely preparation of the official letters and opinions according to the Romanian legislation
• Providing customers services, liaise with CFO in professional manner
• Compiling and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual financial records and maintaining in compliance with accepted policies and procedures, P&L analysis – ensure accurate and appropriate prepare or co-ordinate monthly and quarterly group reports and other various reports for allocated CFO, in various formats; maintain continuous communication with CFO
• Constantly updating on the legislation and changes, Initiative, creative, brings new ideas and planning,
• Able to provide solutions to various issues and tasks
• Able to implement and follow procedures strategies, internal polices
•   Input information into the payroll files program
•   Collect and compile monthly payroll data(attendance reports, bonus& benefits file)
•   File payroll documents in a timely manner by company;
•   Answer routine payroll inquiries in a professional manner- direct contact with the CFO.
•   Prepare the payroll in other formats desired by the CFO.
•   Prepare documents for various situations ( hiring, dismissals, addendum, notice,   legislation updates, etc.);
•   Keep track of the medical leaves and amounts paid to be recovered ;
•   Prepare the files for reimbursements of amounts from the Health House
•   Be able to prepare advices and consultancy to the company depending on their various   requests;
•   Assist and represent the company in front of various Authorities;
•   Prepare the monthly payroll returns and make reconciliations with the authorities;
•   Constantly updating on the legislation and changes;
•   Initiative, creative , brings new ideas and planning;
•   Able to provide solutions to various issues and tasks;
•   Able to implement and follow procedures strategies, internal polices.
• Cerinte / Requirements:
• University degree in EconomicsTrainee / Member of Romanian professional bodies is considered a plusWorking experience: 10 years’ experience in accounting, payroll/HR
• Good knowledge of accounting and fiscal legislation and  payroll legislation
• English is a must
• Very good computer literacy (MS Office application)
• Team playerGood communication and interpersonal skills
•   Strong organizational, time management and planning skills
•   Experience of working in a dynamic environment
•   Comfortable to work in a team and under pressure
•   University degree in Economies;  Working experience: 8-10 years experience in the same position;
•  Customer service orientation;
•   Proactive, organized, exact and efficient working style;
•   Human Resources Inspector will be considered a plus;
