Applicants will meet the following general conditions:
Knowledge of Romanian and English at an advanced level (spoken, written)
Working skills in Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint), internet
Maintain confidentiality of company information
Organisational skills, attention to detail, proactivity, initiative, ability to search and find solutions
Ability to prioritise incoming requests and resolve them within the deadlines
Good verbal and listening communications skills
Ability to interact in a professional manner with both clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities:
Assists the legal team with document formatting, typing and filing documents and correspondence according to internal standards, printing/scanning/copying documents
Ensures interface with people from outside the company, takes phone calls, completes and updates meeting agendas online or on-site
Receives and distributes mail received by post/email/fax
Contacts different authorities and/or search on court portals and other specialized websites to obtain information, as requested by the legal team.
Organizes business trips
Updates data bases (lists, contacts etc)
Operates with office equipment: PC, printer, telephone, shredder, conference system
Provides support to other colleagues when overloaded.
