SAP Procurement with French

Role

• Work closely with BearingPoint on-site teams on the set-up of the e-procurement solution SAP ARIBA for our client
• Support the preparation, organization, and operation of tests (integration, functional)
• Perform detailed problem troubleshooting, problem resolution and root cause analysis
• Support in preparation and/or localizing training material as well as configuration guides
• Work closely with the local team to provide 2nd and 3rd level support during the post go-live support phase
• Interact with existing resources involved in similar projects

Profile

• Willingness to acquire deep understanding of the e-procurement solution SAP ARIBA, a leading solution with a considerable advantage over its competitors
• Core knowledge of purchase-to-pay (purchase request incl. catalogs, purchase order, goods receipt, inventory, e-Invoicing and related accounting processes, asset accounting)
• Basic knowledge of source-to-contract (strategic sourcing, supplier management processes, contract lifecycle management) would be an advantage
• Implementation or end user experience of e-procurement solutions is an asset
• SAP MM and/or FI/CO background is a plus
• Gain an understanding of client’s processes and independently manage work packages
• Fluent in French and English
• Process-driven player with analytical skills and excellent communication skills
• Quick learner, self-driven personality for continuous improvement and able to work under pressure
