We're Hiring: SAP Key User – Logistics (SAP S/4HANA)

 As a SAP Key User – Logistics, you will act as the primary point of contact for SAP users within the Logistics department, ensuring efficient system usage and contributing to the continuous improvement of logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level functional support to SAP S/4HANA users within the Logistics department.
• Analyze and resolve functional issues, escalating complex cases to the IT team when necessary.
• Participate in the implementation, testing, and validation of new SAP functionalities and system enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and standardize logistics processes.
• Collaborate closely with Logistics, Procurement, Production, Planning, and IT teams to improve operational workflows.
• Prepare and maintain user documentation, work instructions, and process guidelines.
• Deliver SAP user training and support knowledge sharing across the organization.
• Monitor data quality and promote best practices in SAP usage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or as a SAP Key User.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, preferably in logistics-related modules such as MM, EWM, WM, SD, or PP.
• Solid understanding of procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, goods receipt, shipping, and stock control processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Experience participating in SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Knowledge of Lean principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
