Part of our continuous development, we are now recruiting  SAP BW & Analytics Support Consultants. 

As we expand our Analytics team, we are looking for a dynamic Analytics Support Consultant with expertise in SAP BW, Power BI, Tableau, or other leading BI tools. This role is focused on providing first level and second level support, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of various analytics and business intelligence platforms.

If you have at least two years of experience in BI tools such as SAP BW, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI, or Tableau, and are excited about working in a diverse analytics environment, Sync IT is the place for you.

Job description

• Handle customer requests and incidents related to SAP BW services and Analytics tools
• Triage and dispatch tickets to relevant teams, working closely with other 2nd and 3rd-level support teams when needed
• Resolve support tickets for assigned services, escalate when necessary, and follow up to ensure timely issue resolution
• Document and track issue resolutions,contributing to process documentation to support continuous improvement
• Daily monitoring  of SAP BW systems and Front-end applications to ensure smooth operation and quick identification of potential issues
• Taking over development tasks within SAP implementation projects

Requirements

• Experience with 2nd level support topics in SAP BW and Analytics (preferably with modules such as SAP BW, BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP HANA, and SAP Data Services) Experience with data modeling, reporting, ETL processes, and query design is highly valued
• Nice to have – good technical background of SAP BW (Customizing)
• User management know how (authorization concepts and administration)
• Query design
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to perform root-cause analysis for efficient issue resolution
• Problem Solving: Robust troubleshooting skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment
• Very good social skills, well organized and ready to face challenges 
• Collaborative & Independent Work: Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality work
• Customer Orientation: Strong service mindset, with excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• English Proficiency: Fluent spoken and written English required

*Experience with a ticketing tool is a plus.

*Basic ABAP know-how would be a plus.
