We are expanding and looking for an organized and communicative individual to join our Sales Support & Client Relation team. This is a 100% remote position where you will play a key role in managing client relationships with tact and attention.

• Manage Request Flow: Be the first point of contact for our brand via email and other channels, offering flexibility and freedom of movement.
• Meaningful Offers: Understand client needs and prepare suitable offers, providing genuine consultancy without rigid scripts.
• Post-Sale Engagement: Ensure everything is satisfactory after orders are dispatched and maintain a positive relationship with clients.
• Data Organization: Generate simple reports and tables to keep track of each client's status.

You are the right fit if you are organized, communicate naturally and empathetically, and can transform technical questions into concrete solutions. You value quality interactions over call volume and are comfortable working fully remotely.
